Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ImfuyoGrowth platform ("Platform"), operated by ImfuyoGrowth (Pty) Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. ImfuyoGrowth acts as a livestock purchasing and resale agent. We facilitate the purchase of livestock on behalf of investors and manage the resale of that livestock to buyers in international markets. We are not a financial institution, bank, or registered investment advisor.

To use the Platform, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be a South African resident or have a valid South African bank account • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3.1 When you place a purchase order on the Platform, you are authorizing ImfuyoGrowth to purchase livestock on your behalf at market prices. 3.2 All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. 3.3 Once a purchase order is confirmed and payment is received, ImfuyoGrowth will source and acquire the specified livestock type within the agreed timeframe. 3.4 ImfuyoGrowth retains operational control of the livestock from purchase through resale, including transportation, storage, veterinary care, and marketing. 3.5 Minimum and maximum purchase amounts are as specified in the Livestock Catalog and may change without prior notice.

4.1 Estimated returns displayed on the Platform are indicative only and are based on historical market averages. Actual returns may be higher or lower depending on international market conditions, exchange rates, buyer availability, and livestock health. 4.2 ImfuyoGrowth does not guarantee any specific return on investment. 4.3 Proceeds from livestock sales will be credited to your Platform account within the selected sales timeframe (2 weeks or 30 days) from the date of purchase confirmation. 4.4 You may request a withdrawal of your proceeds at any time after the sales timeframe has elapsed. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days to your registered South African bank account. 4.5 ImfuyoGrowth charges a service fee of up to 15% on gross proceeds, which is already factored into the estimated return figures displayed.

5.1 Upon completing your first livestock purchase, you will receive a unique referral link. 5.2 When a person registers using your referral link and completes their first purchase, you earn a referral bonus credit applied to your next purchase. 5.3 Referral bonuses are as follows: 1 referral = 5%, 5 referrals = 25%, 10 referrals = 50%, 20+ referrals = 100% (maximum). 5.4 Referral bonuses are applied as purchase credits and cannot be withdrawn as cash. 5.5 ImfuyoGrowth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. 5.6 Self-referrals, fraudulent sign-ups, or manipulation of the referral system will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses.

IMPORTANT: Livestock investment carries inherent risks. Before investing, you should understand that: • Livestock prices fluctuate based on international market conditions, supply and demand, and seasonal factors • Currency exchange rate movements between ZAR and foreign currencies may affect returns • Livestock may be subject to disease, injury, or death, which could reduce proceeds • International trade regulations, customs, and import/export restrictions may affect sales timelines • Past performance of livestock sales does not guarantee future results By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks. ImfuyoGrowth shall not be liable for investment losses arising from market conditions.

You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts • Manipulate the referral system through fraudulent means • Provide false or misleading information during registration or transactions • Use the Platform to launder money or engage in financial crimes • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's code or systems

ImfuyoGrowth reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if: • You breach any of these Terms • We suspect fraudulent activity • You provide false information • We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority Upon termination, any outstanding proceeds will be paid out to your registered bank account within 30 days, subject to verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, ImfuyoGrowth shall not be liable for: • Loss of investment principal due to market conditions • Delays in livestock sales due to international market conditions • Technical failures, downtime, or data loss on the Platform • Actions of third parties, including buyers, transporters, or veterinary services Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you invested in the 12 months preceding the claim.
